2. Shipping Methods & Charges

We partner with trusted national and regional courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping charges depend on the delivery location, package weight, and selected shipping method. You’ll see applicable rates during checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days within major cities.
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days for select pin codes.
  • Local / Same-day Delivery: Available for specific areas and orders placed before cutoff time.

Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on eligible orders or promotional events. Eligibility will be mentioned on the product or during checkout.

3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service. Estimated durations (after dispatch) are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–6 business days
  • Other Indian Regions: 5–10 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: May take up to 12 business days

International shipping is available on request. Please contact us for delivery estimates and customs-related details before placing an order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also log in to your account on our website and check your My Orders section for real-time updates.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select products and pin codes. A small handling fee may apply. Please ensure you have the exact payment amount ready when accepting delivery from the courier partner.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event of a damaged, lost, or incorrect shipment:

  • Do not accept visibly damaged packages. Ask the courier to note the issue.
  • Take photos of the damaged package and contents.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mandirmartonline@gmail.com with your order ID and details.

We’ll assist you in resolving the issue through a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Some products (fragile idols, liquid items, or restricted materials) may have delivery limitations. If we’re unable to ship an item to your location, our support team will contact you promptly and arrange a refund or alternative solution.

8. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery charges. Mandir Mart Online is not liable for delays caused by customs processes or local regulations.
