If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy below.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns. Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records
- Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Any item returned after 30 days of delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before a refund is officially posted)
- Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at mandirmartonline@gmail.com and send your item to our return address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once your return is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to our return address (to be provided via email confirmation).
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
